29th june today le.....yesterday was 28th...the day i have been waiting 4...thought i could have a feast yesterday, end up being sick :<
i was at home after wrk...ate flu medi n went lying on my bed....so drowsy....
sumhow manage to tahan tru out my wrk..though my nose keep drooling, n sister's concern wrds is ..................." aiping, finish wrk , go home n slp ar...2moro mk sure u cum to wrk ok"
WAH! so fantastic rite!!!!!other ward pple tk mc, we cover up 4 them...our ward pple sick oso MUZ cum to wrk...tian ar!!!
Anyway felt sooo bad tat deary has to cum my huse n look 4 me after his wrk..n onli reach at 9pm...
thanx 4 the watch deary..nice!!!i love it!!!!
Oh yah...gd news frm sister...she said that dawn is joining our ward!!!wahahaaaa!sooooo gd knw... i love wrkin with her..she's so cheerful n positive, plus she reminds me of my cousin..keke!lookin 4ward to c her in Sn uniform....dawn...jiayou!!!

i am glad that i was nite shift for the past 2 daz...coz heard frm my colleagues that they were VERY busy n NONE of the sisters help out...they were juz busy with JCI!!!
Busy makin the ward neat n tidy, busy changing arrangements of our equipment unecessarily , busy scolding pple and busy with all their last minute paper wrk... -_-''
Tats wat sisters are busy with...ssoooo fake...JCI pple shldnt inform when they are cumin to audit us..it will turn out very nice when they cum, but once audit is over..everytin will go back as normal, so wats the purpose of the audit???
Juz becoz of tat stupid JCI, every week have to hold meeting after meetings..
After JCI ... sister is gonna deploy our staff into cancer ward every mth ... of crse nobody wish to get deployed..coz its totally a different environment n we will b under tat scary witch!!!
But do u think ANY sister is gonna care abt how we feel??? juz treat us like slave, n throw us anywhere they like...
CMI management is getting more n more horrible...all staffs wana leave...if its not becoz of our bonds, i think peads will left with no nurses..
Doctors are getting useless too, during my nite shift, i shouted at 1 of the doctor several times!
He dunno how 2 do simple procedures , but onli know how to order other pple to do. its his patients, but the medical team drs have been helping him out ...until they r oso pissed with him.
the way he ask nurses to do things... as if he knw alot but actually he knw nuts!!! he OBSERVE us doings things 4 patient...he doesnt even knw how 2 assist!!!
When patient turn out bad... he blame all of us except himself -_-'' useless pig!!!!
i dunno if i can tahan 1 more yr in that hell...mayb i shld start going ard every hosp n ask wu wana buy my bond...

ok....another surprising experience in my 2 yrs of nursing!!!
Have u ever tried resus patient in the rain , at a playground???i juz did...tats so shocking!!!
One staff frm adult ward running into our ward shouting" patient fainted n nose bleeding "
It sounds like juz a simple case...but when i walk out n tk a look...the ah pei is oredi lying dwn on the floor unconcious...bleeding badly...suspected that he actually jump dwn frm level 5..
OMG... things happen to fast tat we din knw how 2 react...
Ran inside my ward again n shouted for the medical officer, Drs were shocked to see tat too, my colleague push out the E- cart..all of us were wet in the rain.n WRSE of all E - cart with defibrillator were wet too..
lekshimi then push a trolley...all of us help to transfer him to the trolley n push the patient to his ward immediately..
In the lift , then heard frm that ward staff that..the patient actually has suicidal intention
He is suffering in pain becoz of his advance cancer...
Haiz...sad rite??? no1 can understand how much pain n sufferings he went through , he muz have think tru so much b4 he decided to commit suicide de..haiz...
Life is so brittle
His death affects the staffs tkin care of him too...think their quite upset..heard tat they have to undergo counselling
Of crse it affects me n my colleagues too....
Juz hope n pray that he has choose the rite decision ....

I guess this month is a month of LOVE... :)
coz 2 of my frenz finally met their prince n princess ....
Felt really happy for them...
When sum1 is in love..they shine!!!:)
PLUS ... this mth is me n deary's 2nd yr anniversary...we r 2 yr old oredi!!! So young huh?wahahaaaa.....
Happy mth... but busy mth at work lah...sch holidaz n elective cases rooming in...haiz!
As usual... sister giving sacastic remarks... not giving us enugh staffs, even when we had enugh staffs...some other ward sister will tk our staff away n cover their own ward.
N our "KIND" sister will happily give away our staff n let us suffer ourselves....

WRK is 4eva irritating.... but my colleagues is not...sumore this is a mth of LOVE... am onli lookin 4ward to 28th....
